Why risk having to get rid of wrinkles when it’s much easier to stop them before they ever begin? Wrinkle prevention should be started even before the appearance of crow’s feet (the first sign of wrinkle formation!). Your skin care daily routine should, and must, be your lifelong companion for flawless skin.

The first step is making sure that you hydrate your skin from the inside. As simple as it sounds, not drinking enough water is a huge mistake in overall skin care. Make sure to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day, not including coffee, tea, or soft drinks.

For external moisture, choose a good anti wrinkle skin cream. Keep in mind, however, that good doesn’t always mean expensive.

Your choice should contain natural moisturizers, like shea butter and/or primrose oil. You should also pass on any cream that doesn’t include collagen as one of it’s ingredients. Collagen is a skin protein that is used to keep your skin soft and pliable.

There is one other thing that is a must for any skin cream to be effective. If your skin care products don’t provide antioxidants to fight free radicals that form from UV ray exposure (sunlight), get rid of them and start over. Of course, staying out of the sun would be better. Failing that, always use sunblock any time you go outside.

Preventing wrinkle formation is really not that difficult. Remember that it must be a daily project. Being wrinkle free, I think, makes it time well spent.
